That’s because we have an impressive inventory of furniture, from sofas to bed frames, plus textiles, plants, art, and accessories in storage and in reach at all times. We don’t have to rent or order items and work around the downtime that brings, and we have a large truck and talented team of movers always at the ready so you don’t have to wait on us. When we’re staging a home for sale, we take an average of only two to four days to complete the job, finishing most stagings in just 48 hours.
No matter the size of your house, we can stage it.
We have the stock for every room in your home, including all the supplies needed for living room staging and for staging a dining room, staging a bathroom, staging a bedroom, staging a kitchen, you name it. We can even stage outdoor spaces, such as entryways and decks and porches.
We make your house feel like a buyer’s home sweet home. You can think of home staging as putting the icing on a cake. It accentuates a home’s beauty and functionality, and even hides a house’s flaws. But at Asheville Home Staging, we don’t do cookie-cutter decoration. We provide true design services, creating dynamic spaces that are artfully arranged and tastefully styled by a trained interior designer—rooms that could be featured in the pages of a home magazine yet also lived in every day. In other words, we design spaces that look like potential to a potential buyer, and that ultimately lead to a sale. We regularly update and refresh our inventory to maintain a healthy mix of classic items and on-trend pieces. If for any reason we don’t have what your home needs, we’ll go out and find it, whether it’s the perfect chair, or cabinet, or cactus!

Walk and talk it out: To kick things off, our fearless leader and designer, Vanessa Byrd, will meet with you in your home for a walk-through consultation, assessing the space and the needs of each room as well as outdoor areas. She’s always wearing both her designer and real estate broker hats, and during this time she also shares other recommendations to help prepare your home for listing on the market.
Plan on it: After the consultation, she works her magic and comes up with the perfect design schemes for your house.
Loaded up and truckin: Once there’s a plan in place, the Asheville Home Staging team heads to our warehouse to select from our stylish stock. If for any reason we don’t have what your house needs in inventory, we’ll go get it.
“Move-in” days: Our hardworking team brings in all the furniture, textiles, plants, artwork, and other furnishings needed to take your house from boring to beautiful. We can finish staging most projects in approximately two to four days.
